As Lithuania’s population ages, this outdated perception presents a significant obstacle to our progress. It’s time to fundamentally shift our mindset and harness the full potential of every generation. We cannot afford to leave anyone behind.

That’s why the American Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania is leading an initiative to spotlight aging, boost awareness, and create a real impact within the business community. We kindly invite you to our second conference, “The Future of Work: Adapting to an Aging Workforce”, on June 13, 2025, at 9:00.
