The American Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania, together with its HR & Migration Committee, is organizing an Exclusive Meeting with Vice-Minister of Social Security and Labour Deimantė Bukeikaitė to discuss the aging workforce, a long-term challenge for Lithuania’s economy. The country is one of the fastest-aging in Europe, leading to a shrinking working-age population, increased pressure on public finances for pensions and healthcare, and potential reductions in economic growth and labor productivity. It is important to discuss how we can all contribute and to define concrete actions that can help mitigate its impact and strengthen Lithuania’s long-term competitiveness.

The meeting will be held in a discussion format.
