• U.S. Embassy Leadership: Opening perspectives from Deputy Chief of Mission Ryan Campbell and the Regional Security Officer (RSO) on the value of the public-private security network.
• Regional Collaboration: An update on the European security landscape from Konrad Brayer, OSAC Europe Analyst.
• National Partnership: A discussion on crisis management and local resilience with the Director of the Lithuanian National Crisis Management Center (NCMC).
