Event Details

The American Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania continues to lead its flagship initiative focused on the aging economy – driving awareness, fostering dialogue, and creating meaningful impact within the business community. That is why we are happy to invite you to the second session of the RE:AGE series:
RE:AGE: Lithuania’s Strategy for an Aging Future | Date: April 24, 2026 | 09:30-12:00
As Lithuania’s demographic landscape continues to change, RE:AGE: Lithuania’s Strategy for an Aging Future will examine the country’s vision and strategic direction in addressing the challenges and opportunities of an aging society. The discussion will explore current market dynamics, highlighting both risks and new opportunities linked to the ageing economy, as well as the growing importance of an age-diverse workforce.
The event will also focus on the role of national and local leadership in shaping and implementing effective responses. By bringing together policymakers, business leaders, and other stakeholders, the session aims to provide a well-rounded perspective – covering political priorities, market realities, and business adaptation – while fostering dialogue on how to build a more inclusive and resilient future in Lithuania.
RE:AGE focus on re-imagining aging through a future-oriented lens. Together we will explore how longer lives are reshaping the world of work – from careers and skills to workforce participation – and what this means next for organisations and people as work and ageing evolve together, balancing efficiency, humanity, and innovative thinking.

Registration is mandatory.
Please register by 12:00 on April 22.
