
The American Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania has set up committees to provide you, AmCham Members, with a platform to discuss relevant topics and issues relating to specific industries. We encourage you to join the committees, where you will be able to actively participate and input in matters that are most important to your business.
Each committee is led by a Member of the AmCham Board, who is an expert in the field and strives to identify key issues affecting businesses in Lithuania.

AmCham Business Environment Committee is striving to improve the business environment in Lithuania and identify key issues to be improved by the Government, including public procurement, enhancing access to capital, and boosting productivity (e.g., executive productivity measures, improving public sector efficiency, etc.). At present, this committee has 32 members, representing the following AmCham Members: Novartis, Philip Morris, Artea bankas, Marsh, TEGOS, Capital Commercial, Audifina, WIDEN Legal, Unlimited Carrier, Cognizant, Rocket Software, Fabula Rud Pedersen Group, Devoteam, Ellex Valiunas, Citadele Bankas, and others.

AmCham HR & Migration Committee currently has three sub-committees focusing on labor law, migration, and upskilling & reskilling. Each workgroup has its own priority areas – for example, the labor law group addresses issues such as remote work, non-compete compensation during employment, and other related matters. Currently, this committee has 46 members, representing the following AmCham Members: Addelse, Avia Solutions Group, Cognizant, DANA, EPAM, Sorainen, and Strategic Staffing Solutions, WIDEN Legal, FranklinCovey, Western Union, Marsh, Voodoo, Eversheds Saladžius, KPMG, Cobalt, Thornton Baltic, Manpower Lit, Hyand, Rocket Software, DXC Technology, KN, Dexcom, AMES, YARA, Notified, Simple Search, Helmes.

AmCham IT & Digital Solutions Committee concentrates on 2 main topics: Cyber Security, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The committee actively meets with the representatives of Ministries and discusses the importance of the focus areas mentioned above. Currently, this committee has 25 members, representing the following AmCham Members: Cognizant, Ellex Valiūnas, EPAM, EY, Google, Meta, Hnit-Baltic, Insoft, Nord Security, TEGOS, Accenture, Coherent Solutions, Xerox, Danske Bank and others.

AmCham Healthcare, Medtech & Biotech Innovations Committee strives to identify key areas that can be improved in the healthcare system for the benefit of all patients, whether it’s smart governance for value-based healthcare, promotion of remote care, or fostering health innovation, especially in biotech and medtech fields.
These changes shall also benefit for creating a more attractive and innovation-driven business environment in Lithuania. The committee unites 22 members, representing the following AmCham Members: TEVA, Johnson & Johnson, Roche, Cobalt Legal, Ellex Valiūnas, Medtronic, TEGOS, Sorainen, MSD, and individual AmCham members.

AmCham Resilience & Defence Committee is striving to establish AmCham Lithuania as a leading regional force by creating a platform for collaboration among U.S., international, and Lithuanian businesses, government stakeholders, and innovators — promoting industry growth, technological advancement, and national security.
