The American Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania has set up 6 committees to provide you, AmCham Members, with a platform to discuss relevant topics and issues relating to specific industries. We encourage you to join the committees, where you will be able to actively participate and input in matters that are most important to your business.
Each committee is led by a Member of the AmCham Board, who is an expert in the field and strives to identify key issues affecting businesses in Lithuania.

AmCham Business Environment Committee is striving to improve the business environment in Lithuania and identify key issues to be improved by the Government, including the importance of modernization of the public sector services, promoting education and retention of talents, tax incentives and many more. At present this committee has 7 members, representing the following AmCham Members: Civinity, Novartis, Philip Morris, Šiaulių Bankas.

AmCham HR & Migration Committee focuses on the importance of attracting qualified workforce to Lithuania from both EU and non-EU countries, emphasizes the benefits of Dual Citizenship. The committee has initiated a member survey regarding the future of work intending to empower the Lithuanian labor market by providing up-to-date information on employers’ needs. Currently, this committee has 9 members, representing the following AmCham Members: Addelse, Avia Solutions Group, Cognizant, DANA, EPAM, Manpower Lithuania, McKesson, Sorainen and Strategic Staffing Solutions.

AmCham IT & Digital Solutions Committee concentrates on 3 main topics: Data Management (Data Analysis, Quality Open Data, Business Intelligence, AI), Cloud (Public, Private, Hybrid) and Digital Upskilling & Reskilling. The committee actively meets with the representatives of Ministries and discusses the importance of the focus areas mentioned above. Currently this is the largest committee uniting 19 members, representing the following AmCham Members: AmerisourceBergen, CAST.AI, Cognizant, Ellex Valiūnas, EPAM, EY, Google, Grant Thornton, Hnit-Baltic, Insoft, Juvare, Microsoft Lithuania, Motorola Solutions, Nord Security, Oracle, Šiaulių Bankas and Xerox.

AmCham Life Sciences & Healthcare Innovations Committee strives to identify key areas that can be improved in the healthcare system for the benefit of all patients, whether it’s smart governance for value-based healthcare, promotion of remote care, or health innovation fostering among others. The committee unites 17 members, representing the following AmCham Members: AmerisourceBergen, Alliance for Recruitment, Biomedika, Cobalt Legal, Cureline, CAST.AI, Ellex Valiūnas, Juvare, Medtronic, Philip Morris, Sorainen, TGS Baltic and individual AmCham members.

AmCham Manufacturing & Logistics Committee has on their agenda the importance of PPP development, improvement of infrastructure, various logistics restrictions related to COVID-19, and other topics relating to the industry. At present, the committee has 8 members, representing the following AmCham Members: AmerisourceBergen, Arijus, Autokurtas, Hollister, MARS, Philip Morris and individual AmCham members.

AmCham Tourism & Hospitality Committee aims to ensure effective financial grants to the industry, which was the most significantly affected by COVID-19. The committee also proposes the improvement of connectivity with Lithuania, believes in the importance of both short-term and long-term communication strategies of the country, and other tools for effective promotion of Lithuania. Currently, the committee unites 7 members, representing the following AmCham Members: Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, Hotel PACAI, Ollex and Radisson Blu.
