__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Laura Dabulytė, viena žinomiausių komunikacijos eksperčių Lietuvoje, pripažinta verslo komunikacijos profesionalė dirbusi didžiosiose šalies įmonėse. Pastaruoju metu Laura Dabulytė yra TV ir radijo laidų vedėja, viešojo kalbėjimo mokytoja, krizių komunikacijos dėstytoja, renginio “Vertę kurianti komunikacija” sumanytoja ir vedėja. P. Dabulytės išskirtinumas – efektyvumo komunikacijoje siekti tikrumu.

Karolis Vaitkevičius, komunikacijos profesionalas, turintis 20 metų patirtį žiniasklaidos ir viešųjų ryšių srityse. Per savo karjerą dirbo žurnalistikoje ir viešųjų ryšių srityje, patarinėjo tris ministrams, ėjo dviejų ministerijų kanclerio pareigas, konsultavo Vilniaus miesto merą ir verslo lyderius viešosios komunikacijos, reputacijos bei strateginių žinučių klausimais.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

The American Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania continues to lead its flagship initiative focused on the aging economy – driving awareness, fostering dialogue, and creating meaningful impact within the business community. That is why we are happy to invite you to the second session of the RE:AGE series:
RE:AGE: Lithuania’s Strategy for an Aging Future | Date: April 24, 2026 | 09:30-12:00
As Lithuania’s demographic landscape continues to change, RE:AGE: Lithuania’s Strategy for an Aging Future will examine the country’s vision and strategic direction in addressing the challenges and opportunities of an aging society. The discussion will explore current market dynamics, highlighting both risks and new opportunities linked to the ageing economy, as well as the growing importance of an age-diverse workforce.
The event will also focus on the role of national and local leadership in shaping and implementing effective responses. By bringing together policymakers, business leaders, and other stakeholders, the session aims to provide a well-rounded perspective – covering political priorities, market realities, and business adaptation – while fostering dialogue on how to build a more inclusive and resilient future in Lithuania.
RE:AGE focus on re-imagining aging through a future-oriented lens. Together we will explore how longer lives are reshaping the world of work – from careers and skills to workforce participation – and what this means next for organisations and people as work and ageing evolve together, balancing efficiency, humanity, and innovative thinking.

MEET OUR PANELISTS:
▪️ JUOZAS OLEKAS // Speaker of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania
▪️ RITA KARAVAITIENĖ // Marketing Manager at CV-Online LT
▪️ JOKŪBAS DANAITIS // Senior Economist at Bank of Lithuania
▪️ BOGUSLAVAS GRUŽEVSKIS // Professor at Vilnius University, Director of Lithuanian Centre for Social Sciences
This panel will provide a clear look at Lithuania’s national strategy for an aging society, exploring the government’s priorities, how the job market is evolving, and the economic impact and future outlook. As our population changes, our experts will look beyond the numbers to discuss how the government’s vision can handle the economic impact of an aging population. The goal of the discussion is to find ways to turn these demographic challenges into opportunities, creating a solid plan that ensures a stable and successful future for everyone in Lithuania.
