SAVE THE DATE for the AmCham Lithuania Annual General Meeting 2026!
We kindly invite you to save the date for the AmCham Lithuania Annual General Meeting 2026, which will take place from 09:30 to 13:00 on Wednesday, April 15th, 2026, at Grand Hotel Vilnius, Curio Collection by Hilton (Universiteto str. 14, Vilnius).

Election of New Board Members: this year, 6 Board members and 2 Candidates–Observers will be elected. We encourage you to nominate yourself or other AmCham members for election at least 10 (ten) days before the date of the Annual Meeting.

(Please provide your nominations before the deadline of 5 April 2026)

According to the AmCham By-Laws, every member is eligible to vote. Please note that the companies must designate their representatives to participate in the meeting and vote on their behalf. A designation letter on the company letterhead must be signed by the Chief Executive Officer and sealed. The letter must be presented at the meeting. The individual member’s proxy must be notarized. These requirements are stipulated by the law.

Make sure that your membership fee is paid prior to the meeting, otherwise, you will not be able to vote!

On April 16th, from 09:00 to 10:00, the AmCham Resilience & Defence Committee will hold a meeting with the Vice-Minister of National Defence Vitalija Zumerienė, who is responsible for the development of the defence and security industry.

The discussion will focus on Lithuania’s defence strategy.

Learn the key information businesses need to know about these topics directly from the Ministry of National Defence of Lithuania. Register and attend this meeting!

𝐂𝐅𝐎𝐬 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐱𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

During the event, we will have a moderated discussion with Vaidė Riškutė, representative of the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI), member of the Standing Working Group on Double Taxation Dispute Resolution Procedures, and Senior Advisor at the Large Taxpayers Monitoring and Consulting Department. The discussion will focus on the resolution of double taxation disputes and the Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP).

Also, COBALT tax experts Partner Rokas Daugėla and Associate Partner Rasa Mikutienė will share practical insights on double taxation situations, including permanent establishment risks, international taxation of executives, and withholding taxes.

The event will conclude with an open discussion, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers and the VMI representative, as well as to discuss relevant practical situations.

Amerikos verslo rūmai Lietuvoje kviečia į praktinius mokymus, skirtus tiems, kurie nori ne tik vadovauti, bet ir iš tikrųjų įkvėpti.

Balandžio 23 d., ketvirtadienį, 10:00–13:00 val. vyksiantys mokymai „Kiek vertės kuria lyderio komunikacija“ atvers naują požiūrį į tai, ką iš tiesų reiškia efektyvi lyderio komunikacija.

Tai nebus dar vienas teorinis seminaras apie viešą kalbėjimą ar socialinių tinklų strategijas. Šie mokymai kviečia pažvelgti giliau – į komunikaciją kaip į esminį lyderystės pagrindą. Čia sužinosite, kodėl komunikacija nėra tik gražiai suformuluotos žinutės ar formalūs pasisakymai, ir kaip ji veikia kasdienius sprendimus, komandų motyvaciją bei organizacijos kultūrą.
