Save the date for the AmCham Lithuania Annual General Meeting 2025!

We kindly invite you to Save the date for the AmCham Annual General Meeting 2025, which will take place from 09:00 to 13:00 on Wednesday, April 16th, 2025, at Grand Hotel Vilnius, Curio Collection by Hilton (Universiteto str. 14, Vilnius).

🔵 Election of New Board Members: this year 5 Board members and 2 Candidates–Observers will be elected. We encourage you to nominate yourself or other AmCham members for election, at least 10 (ten) days before the date of the Annual Meeting.

🔵 (Please provide your nominations before the deadline of April 5, 2025, at 23:59)

According to the AmCham By-Laws, every member is eligible to vote. Please note that the companies must designate their representatives to participate in the meeting and vote on their behalf. A designation letter on the company letterhead must be signed by the Chief Executive Officer and sealed. The letter must be presented at the meeting. The individual member’s proxy must be notarized. These requirements are stipulated by the law.

Make sure that your membership fee is paid prior to the meeting, otherwise, you will not be able to vote!
