We kindly invite you to register and attend the AmCham Annual General Meeting 2024, which will take place from 2:30 pm to 5:20 pm on Thursday, April 18th, 2024, at Kempinski Hotel Cathedral Square (Universiteto str. 14, Vilnius)
According to the AmCham By-Laws, every member is eligible to vote. Please note that the companies must designate their representatives to participate in the meeting and vote on their behalf. A designation letter on the company letterhead must be signed by the Chief Executive Officer and sealed. The letter must be presented at the meeting. The individual member’s proxy must be notarized. These requirements are stipulated by the law.
Make sure that your membership fee is paid prior to the meeting, otherwise, you will not be able to vote!
